Good morning, Golden! Two things can be true at once
summer is my favorite season, and Halloween is my favorite holiday. The costumes, the decor, the spookiness, the scary movies, the candy. I love it all. Plus, it’s the birthday of one of my former roommates turned closest friends. An excellent day for both tricks and treats.

So while I’m still mildly offended that I now need a sweatshirt to walk the dogs, October knows how to win me over. Put a skeleton on a porch and hand me a miniature Snickers, and suddenly I’m willing to negotiate.

Consider this my official surrender to spooky season. Golden, get out that Halloween decor and check out one of the many spirited events around town! 🎃
