For those looking for a cost-effective and convenient way to get to the mountains, Snowstang is back this year and offering rides to the following resorts:
Arapahoe Basin
Town of Breckenridge and Breckenridge Ski Resort
Copper Mountain
Loveland Ski Area
Riders can catch the bus from Denver Union Station, RTS’s Federal Center Station in Lakewood, or the Wooly Mammoth Park-n-Ride’s upper lot at the Interstate 70-Morrison/Red Rocks interchange.
With Wifi, power outlets, and a bathroom on board, the bus is sure to make skiing a much nicer experience getting through that i-70 traffic.

Wed, 12/18: Holiday Lights Run @ 5:45pm - Cannonball Brewing; Join local running group, PlayGldn, for a festive and civic event as the group goes on a ~5 mile tour of the holiday lights, followed by beers. While there, cast your vote on Golden’s new Comprehensive Plan!

🍺🎶 Noon Year’s Eve Party at the Golden Mill is for anyone looking to make it an early celebration. Running from noon to 4pm, a DJ will be spinning hits throughout the decades at this family friendly event. Music starts at 1pm.
🧘♀️🧘♂️ For those looking for a more relaxing reset, there’s a New Year’s Day Golden Sound Meditation going on at Body & Brain on Jan 1 @ 1:30pm. Tickets are $38.
🥾🏔️ Golden Gate Canyon State Park is hosting a FREE First Day Hike @ 9:30 (you will need a state park park pass - either day or annual - to get in). Hot cocoa and snacks will be provided before the 10am, 2.6 mile roundtrip hike.
