📄 The JeffCo 2045 Comprehensive Plan
“The year is 2045…” sounds like the setting of a sci-fi movie 🍿, but the decisions we make today will shape the real-life future of Jefferson County.
The Together JeffCo 2045 Comprehensive Plan outlines a vision for managing growth and improving our community over the next two decades. From expanding transportation options to preserving open spaces, the plan seeks to balance innovation, inclusivity, resiliency, and stewardship.
So…why should I care?
This plan will affect everything from where new housing developments can be built to how we protect our parks and wildlife. It guides the County’s decision-making processes.
Oh and because…
Only 0.0015% of JeffCo residents have contributed to this process so far 🤯, with a total of 895 people having responded to questionnaires 1 & 2…out of an estimated countywide population of 582,902.
