🪿 Happy Holidays

12/22 - Wishing you a joyful holiday season.

Good morning, Golden. It’s been a challenging week for many, especially for our local businesses navigating the fallout from the power outages. In between the holiday rush and Mines’ winter commencement—what should have been a bustling, joyful stretch—many restaurants and shops instead faced spoiled food, lost wages, and hard calls behind the scenes. If you’re able, consider showing a little extra love in the coming days: buy a gift card, grab a meal out, or do a bit of local shopping. Those small gestures ripple more than you might think.

This week’s newsletter is intentionally short and sweet. This goose is spending time with family and taking a quiet moment to reset before the new year. However you celebrate this season, I hope it brings you some rest, warmth, and connection.

Our attention is such a sacred thing, and knowing that so many of you spend a tiny slice of your week reading this little newsletter truly means a lot to me. I’m deeply grateful—for you, for this community, and for the way Golden shows up for its own.

Happy holidays dearest flock!
