Good morning, Golden! First off, CONGRATS to all the recent graduates! I saw Mines students outside playing beer pong and laughing over the weekend, which I can only assume means someone finally solved the equation for fun.
In other news, The Golden Hotel’s new patio is open for business! If you haven’t checked it out yet, the views of the river from the patio are 10/10. Looking forward to their summer concerts — schedule intel pending. 🕵
Lastly, use the long weekend to locate your moon boots and tune up your bikes. Golden Bike Cruise kicks off the season next week, and the theme is “Outer Space.” Looking forward to the alien invasion. 🚲

🥕 Golden Farmers Market
New market, who dis? 📞 Ok…not my freshest cultural reference, but the point is there’s a ✨ NEW Golden Midweek Market ✨ happening this year!
This smaller scale market will run every Wednesday from June 3 through July 29 at Golden High School.
“The Golden Farmers Market saw the need for an additional midweek market for local patrons to keep their pantries fresh all summer, and to reach people in a different part of the city. …it will welcome SNAP and Double Up Food Bucks, just like their Saturday market.”
The Saturday Golden Farmers Market begins May 30.
With more than 140 applications, the market “features a highly-curated selection of our finest local vendors each week.”

🏗️ New Clayworks Renderings
According to Naked Denver, a Denver real estate resource (with a previous article linked on the Clayworks website), new renderings of the Clayworks development have been released.
“The latest images show how the district is expected to look once complete, including the future CoorsTek global headquarters, multiple office buildings, 550 planned multifamily units, a hotel and conference center, ground floor retail and a 5 story parking garage.”
Clayworks’ first retail tenant: Sweet Bloom Coffee.
